On November 4, 2013, members of the MHCN Alumni joined the MMC-CAST administrators, employees and students, in the inauguration and blessing of the new MMC-CAST Audio Visual Room. The ribbon cutting ceremony was performed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Sheila Arelli G. Safra, PTRP, MHPEd and Metropolitan Medical Center Chief Nurse, Aurora Pamatmat,RN, MAN, assisted by the MHCN Alumni Vice President, Andrew III, Miranda, RN, MAN. Blessing and dedication of the Audio-Visual Room was done by Pastor Napoleon Caballero.
After the blessing and dedication ceremony, the president of the MHCN Alumni, Perpetua DP. Santos, RN, MSN, delivered the opening remarks during the programme. She also introduced the newly elected officers of the alumni. Followed by the presentation of MHCN Alumni history.
MHCN Alumni endorsed the donated furnishing and equipments of the Audio-Visual Room to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Sheila Arelli G. Safra, PTRP, MHPEd. They also extend their gratitude and promised to continue support on the improvement of the MMC- CAST community facilities.
The program ended with a reception and gathering at MMC-CAST cafeteria.
